We know that working together toward a common goal helps to create a sense of fulfilment, and as a team we can do so much more than we ever could as individuals. By making a business charity connection we allow our employees to be part of creating a common legacy that lasts.
How we do it:
- Everyone gets to nominate and vote for their preferred charity
- We arrange regular activity days and fundraising events
- All staff members can give a day of their time to help a charitable cause
